L.A. City officials will be joined by area business owners and Latino community leaders at Homegirl Cafe to launch the first ever Latino Heritage Month Metro Crawl – an opportunity for Metro bus and rail riders to receive discounts at participating businesses during Latino Heritage Month just by showing their TAP cards.
